About Us

Katie's Kittenz, Inc is an 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue organization founded in Virginia in 2021, and relocated to Oahu in 2022. We are a small volunteer-based grassroots organization seeking to reduce the feral cat population through adoption and TNR (trap, neuter, return), and thereby decrease the negative impact feral cats play on endangered species and local ecosystems. Since it's founding, Katie's Kittenz has rescued and rehabilitated hundreds of feral kittens and cats, and sterilized many more cats ineligible for adoption.

Katie's Kittenz seeks to educate the public through community involvement. Locally, our organization has visited schools to host problem-solving seminars to help high school students come up with compassionate solutions to the problems in their communities. We also have partnerships with Home Owner Association groups seeking humane solutions to stray cat problems. Additionally, we have developed partnerships with veterinary clinics to create educational content emphasizing the importance of spaying and neutering pets.

Katie's Kittenz has a large online community of over 200,000 followers on Instagram, Tiktok, and Youtube. We create lots of fun and engaging content. The goal is always spreading awareness, education, and empowering people to get involved with animal rescue efforts in their community.
